Struer Sejlklub have in connection to the planning of the H-Boat World Championship in 2021, chosen to sell a WC Gin, developed in collaboration with one of the event’s sponsors – Trolden Distillery and Brewery.
The name of the gin will be,
Hestia Wake Gin
The name carries the history, as ‘Hestia’ – the goddess of the hearth, as well as the protector of the home and family in the Greek mythology, is the foundation to the ‘H’ in the name of the boat – The H-Boat.
‘Wake’ is the wake of the H-Boat when it is sailing with the great speed through the water it is known for.
Struer Sejlklub will sell this gin to especially all yachting interests, but also to those who just wish to have a nice cold drink.
It will be possible for the members of the sailing club to buy this gin in the days leading up to the event. The participants and sponsors will also be offered the gin. Furthermore, it will be on sale during the event and in connection to the Sansefestival (Festival of senses), which is held on the last day of the regatta, August 14th, 2021.
